Do It Bariatrics Refund and Cancellation Policy

At Do It Bariatrics, we strive to provide exceptional care and service to all our patients. To ensure clarity and fairness, we have established the following refund and cancellation policy:

1. Deposit Requirement:
   • A $250 deposit is required to book and lock your surgery date.
2. Refund Eligibility:
   • More than 14 Days Before Surgery: If you cancel your surgery more than 14 days before the scheduled date, your deposit is fully refundable.
   • 14 Days or Less Before Surgery: If you cancel your surgery within 14 days of the scheduled date, only a partial refund of the deposit will be provided.
   • No Show: If you do not show up for your scheduled surgery, the deposit is non-refundable.
3. Medical or Safety Cancellations:
   • If the surgery is canceled due to medical or safety reasons, the deposit is non-refundable.
